"I had the privilege of working with NuWave Partners network engineers and designers replacing our old InterTelphone system with Cisco VoIP.

The project was time consuming and challenging.  NuWave did an excellent job of preparation and execution.  Their engineers are knowledgeable and communicate very well.

I would highly recommend them as a partner in any IT project."

“My computer problems all began when I encountered a strange Windows Vista firewall issue that absolutely nobody could diagnose.  I got in touch with NuWave, and they immediately identified the issue and got my computer working correctly for the first time in two years!  I finally was able to access a management system on my computer that I had purchased years ago to help run my business.

Shortly thereafter, I spoke with NuWave about getting a backup system for all of my sensitive and important business data.  Only a month after getting the system in place, a power surge took down my computer and all of the information stored on it.  Being in business since 2008, everything related to my business was saved on that one computer, and it was gone. I was devastated.  Thankfully, per NuWave’s suggestion, everything was correctly backed up prior to the powersurge.  I soon bought a new computer, and ALL of my data was able to be re-loaded and saved.

I am very thankful for the NuWave team and all of their hardwork saving my business from a critical loss!”
