NUWAVE ACHIEVES CISCO CERTIFICATION!

We are very pleased to announce that three NuWave team members have
passed their Cisco certification tests! These tests are renowned in the
technology industry as being very rigorous and difficult to pass—it
took lots of hard work and studying to make the grade. Congratulations
are in order for Al Nelson, Shawn Cross and Kyle Paalman!
Al Nelson: Passed his CCNA & Cisco IP Communications Express Specialist
The
CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) indicates a
foundation and knowledge of networking. CCNA certified professionals
can install, configure and operate LAN, WAN and dial access services
for small networks (100 nodes or fewer), including but not limited to
use of these protocols: IP, IGRP, Serial, Frame Relay, IP RIP, VLANs,
RIP, Ethernet, Access Lists.
The Cisco IP Communications
Express Specialist certification validates the fundamental Voice-over
IP (VoIP) technology skills required to install and maintain
multi-service network solutions. Cisco Call Manager Express (CCME), and
Cisco Unity Express (CUE) are emphasized in this foundational IP
Communications program.
Shawn Cross: Passed his CCE, and Cisco IP Communications Express Sales Specialist
Cisco Sales Essentials was designed to provide account managers with
an overview of Cisco and the solutions that it provides to customers.
The course also provides an introduction to the many tools and
resources available to account managers that allow them to better
position Cisco solutions to their customers.
Individuals who
achieve the Cisco IP Communications Express Sales Specialist
demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Cisco IP communications
solutions, and have demonstrated the knowledge and skills necessary to
assess, recommend, and guide the implementation of a basic IP
Communications solution.
Kyle Paalman: Passed his CCDA
The CCDA certification (Cisco Certified Design Associate) indicates
a knowledge of network design for the Cisco Internetwork
Infrastructure. CCDA certified professionals can design routed and
switched network infrastructures involving LAN, WAN and dial access
services for businesses and organizations.
Combined, these
certifications allow us to now be Cisco IP Communications certified and
also attain our Premier status with Cisco. The bottom line? There's a
